RETURNS 

Please note that all of our products are 100% NON REFUNDABLE due to product integrity and sanitary reasons.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received within 24hrs of purchase. Requests made outside of the 24 hr period will not be accepted or refunded.

The privacy and security of your personal information is our priority. Skin Life is committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order & to send you further information. If you register your e-mail with us for our newsletter or for new product updates, your e-mail address will never be passed on to third parties.

SHIPPING

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or DHL but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us.
