Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your products, please contact us info@skinlife.me. We will be more than happy to see how we can assist. Everyone's skin is different and skincare is not a one-size or product suit all. There is a lot of trial and error when finding what works best for you and because of that and sanitary reasons, there are no refunds.  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Adverse reactions
Skin Life will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to any products. Before using any Skin Life product, we recommend that you test the product on a small area of your skin to check for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Should irritation occurs discontinue use. If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received within 24hrs of purchase. Requests made outside of the 24 hr period will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
